The supply side is ours
Sourcing the goods, having them prepared in the right calibre, organising the loading and issuing the documents is our work. You do not need a warehouse, a processing facility or a team in Türkiye.
Partnership
If you want to bring Turkish-origin shells, biomass fuel, industrial granules and dried food into your market, we take on the supply side: sourcing the goods, having them prepared, organising the loading and issuing the paperwork. You build your market.
Sourcing the goods, having them prepared in the right calibre, organising the loading and issuing the documents is our work. You do not need a warehouse, a processing facility or a team in Türkiye.
Nobody knows the buyers, the price level, the customs practice and the distribution channels in your country better than you do. We stay out of that side; our job is to support you within your own market.
Shells, fuel, granules and dried food can come from the same supplier. Even when your buyer moves between product groups your counterpart does not change — compared with managing separate suppliers, that is a real saving of time.
Which one fits depends on your role in your market. All three are possible; you do not have to choose up front, we work it out together when we talk.
Buys on own account, sells in own market
You buy the goods from us and sell them in your country at your own price. Price risk and stock sit with you; in return you set your own margin. With partners who buy regularly and predictably we can discuss a supply plan before the season starts.
For importers with their own storage and distribution
Finds the buyer, the shipment goes directly to them
You find the buyer in your market and introduce them to us; the sale and the shipment run directly with that buyer and you receive an intermediary share. You do not have to hold stock or carry payment risk. How the share is calculated depends on the product and the size of the business, and is agreed when we talk.
For agents with connections in the trade who prefer not to tie up capital
Goods packed under your own brand
Having the goods prepared under your own brand and packaging can be possible. Which product groups and which packaging formats this works for varies with the request — printing, labelling and packaging details need to be settled when we talk.
For retailers and wholesalers building their own brand
Three different figures for the same product can differ simply because they are quoted on three different delivery terms. To build your own selling price you need to know which cost sits with whom.
Preferred by buyers who have their own logistics set-up in Türkiye.
Usually the best fit for importers with their own freight agreement.
For buyers working with us for the first time, or who want freight in a single figure.
A CIF figure looks higher than a FOB one; there is no hidden mark-up in between — it already contains the freight and insurance you would otherwise pay separately. When you compare offers, make sure both are quoted on the same delivery term.
You share the product, the country and an estimated quantity. With that we can start discussing which way of working fits.
We prepare a written offer on the agreed delivery term and set out openly which items make up the figure.
Packaging, labelling, payment method and the document list are settled. At this step the requirements of your country decide.
The batch is prepared, loading takes place and the documents are issued. You are informed before loading.
If the first shipment worked, we discuss a repeating programme; predictability improves the price for both sides.
The information below is enough to make a first conversation useful. We do not ask for documents, prepayment or any commitment.
We do not commit to that in a first conversation. Exclusivity is something that can be discussed once a mutually sustainable volume and a regular way of working have been established. We would rather not start with a promise we cannot keep.
It varies with the product group and the delivery term, which is why we do not publish a single figure. For export we usually plan on a container basis, but the net quantity differs with the density of the product. Tell us your target and we will work out together what is practical.
Standard commercial export documents are issued. Beyond that, what a destination country asks for varies by country and by product — not everything is possible for every product. Send us the documents that are mandatory in your country and we will tell you plainly which of them can be obtained.
For enquiries with a serious intention to buy, a sample can be considered depending on the product and the quantity. It is not possible for every product and every period, so we discuss it when we talk.
The payment method depends on the size of the business, the country and how well the parties know each other. First shipments are usually set up in a more protected structure, and as the relationship settles the terms can be revisited. We do not write a single template here, because in practice there is no single template.
In some product groups this can be possible. Packaging type, printing and labelling requirements depend both on the product and on the regulations of your destination country; once we have your request we can tell you precisely which products it can be done for.
If you would rather not fill in a form, simply write to us — telling us your country and the product you work with is enough.
