Pricing

How is price set?

You won't find a price list on this site — that's not concealment, it's about the nature of the product. The same-named shell can be worth a different figure depending on calibre, quantity and delivery point. Below we lay out plainly what the calculation is made of; send your request with these factors and you'll get a real price on the first reply.

Hazelnut Shell
Quick answer

Seven things set the price: product, calibre, cleanliness, quantity, delivery point, packaging and payment method. Change one and the price changes — that's why we give you a tailored quote instead of a fixed list. Domestic and export are both calculated the same way.

The products we supply are agricultural and industrial by-products: shell, granule, biomass fuel, dried food. These aren't shelf goods, they're batch goods. A form graded to a specific size versus a mixed form of the same product, whole versus cracked, bulk versus bagged shipment — each goes through a different step. Publishing a price list creates two problems: either we show the most expensive option and lose you, or we show the cheapest and disappoint you at the quote stage. We want neither.

Instead we lay the factors out openly. Once you tell us what you're buying, how much, and where you want it, the calculation comes out the same way every time — and we can walk you through it line by line. In a quote, the answer to "why this figure?" is always available.

Your request might be a single truckload to one facility, a regular monthly program, or a container abroad; the process doesn't change. Tell us the product and delivery point and let's talk numbers; for serious-volume requests we'll also weigh the sample option together.

What sets the price

7 factors behind every quote

Change one of these and the price changes — that's exactly why we don't publish a fixed list.

Product and calibre

This is the most decisive line item. Whole shell goes through the least processing; cracked, ground or graded-to-a-specific-size product needs extra processing, which pushes the price up. The narrower the calibre requested, the more careful the work — tell us your intended use and we'll settle the right calibre together. Cleanliness and moisture also affect price: a batch that's low in foreign matter, dry and consistent sits in a higher band. Exact values are typical reference ranges; an exact per-batch figure isn't committed to, and can be clarified with a sample.

Quantity and continuity

A one-off small purchase isn't assessed under the same terms as a recurring program with a set schedule. Continuity means planning, storage and shipping order on our end; this predictability is one of the most real factors that pulls price down. We plan domestically by the truckload, for export by the container; the exact quantity varies with the product's density, so it's settled in the quote. "I'll take this much a year, drawing once a month" opens the door to a much better price conversation than a single-vehicle question.

Delivery point and method

Where the goods change hands directly sets the freight share within the figure. Ex-warehouse and delivered-to-your-facility domestically aren't the same thing; distance and route factor into price. In export, that's also the difference between delivery at the port of departure (FOB) and delivery including freight and insurance (CIF) — the CIF figure looks higher because it includes items you'd otherwise pay separately. Any figure given without an address or a destination port stays incomplete.

Packaging

Bulk shipment needs the least preparation and so raises the price the least on the packaging side. When big-bag or sacks are requested, both the packaging material and the filling/stacking labor come into play and push the price up. On the other hand, if your facility can't unload bulk, bagged shipment may lower your total cost — so we make that call together based on your facility's conditions. Tell us how you unload and we'll suggest the right packaging.

Lead time and urgency

A scheduled request and a "load it this week" request don't carry the same cost. Shipment with a known-in-advance timeline lets us wait for the right batch and the right vehicle; an urgent request removes that flexibility and pushes the price up. Sharing your need-by date up front usually works in your favor.

Payment method

When and how payment is made changes the risk and financing share built into the quote. Payment upfront or close to loading pulls the price down; term payment and bank processes like a letter of credit carry their own cost and are reflected in the figure. Domestically we work with methods such as bank transfer, and for export with T/T and letter of credit; terms are settled in the quote according to order size.

Market, season and exchange rate

Products are tied to the harvest calendar: abundant right after harvest, harder to find and store as the season goes on, which affects price. In export, the exchange rate and world demand can also shift price over time. That's why our quotes carry a validity period; once it expires we reconfirm the price — sometimes that works in your favor too.

If you're a domestic buyer

We don't set a separate table for domestic buyers

Don't hold back just because we export — there's no separate, pricier scale for the domestic market. Price is calculated the same way: product, calibre, quantity, delivery, packaging, lead time, payment. The only difference is that domestic shipments factor in local freight distance instead of customs and international freight, so the figure can naturally come out different. We deliver by truck to factories, power plants, workshops and wholesale buyers across Türkiye; you deal directly with someone who knows the product, not an intermediary.

How it works

From request to quote

01

Send your request

Product, estimated quantity and delivery point — if these three are in your first message, everything else moves fast. If you also tell us your intended use (boiler, blasting, filtration, food line), we'll suggest the right calibre.

02

Technical sheet & evaluation

A technical data sheet suited to your need is shared; for serious-volume requests we consider a sample option together. If the buyer requests it, we arrange for the sample to be sent to an independent laboratory; the result comes directly from the lab.

03

Quote and terms

Once the factors above are settled, price, payment method and lead time come in writing; a proforma is prepared. Don't hesitate to ask where a figure comes from — there's always an answer.

04

Loading and shipment

The truck or container is loaded, the necessary paperwork is coordinated, and the shipment is tracked together. For regular purchases, this step is tied to a set schedule.

FAQ

Frequently asked about pricing

Why isn't there a price list on the site?

Because a single figure would be wrong. When the same product's calibre, quantity, packaging and delivery point change, so does the price. Instead of a list, we lay the factors out openly and give a quote tailored to your request — so the figure you get is genuinely the figure for your order.

Are you expensive?

Claiming that outright, or denying it, wouldn't be honest either way — no one can know without seeing the quote. What we can say: the product comes straight from the region it's processed in, with no chain of agents in between. Send your request, see the figure, and compare it against other quotes you have. When comparing, make sure calibre, packaging and delivery method are the same; most "cheap" offers are pricing something different.

Is the domestic price different from the export price?

The calculation method is the same: both sides come out through product, calibre, quantity, delivery, packaging, lead time and payment. The resulting figures naturally aren't identical, because the delivery chains differ — domestically it's freight distance, in export it's the port and freight cost that come into play. But what sets the price isn't where the customer is, it's what they're buying and where they want it delivered.

Do you provide samples?

For serious-volume purchase evaluations we consider your sample request. We settle the sample terms (including shipping method) together with your request.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We plan domestically by the truckload, for export by the container. We don't give a fixed figure per vehicle or container because the net quantity varies with the product's density; tell us the product and delivery point and we'll settle the real quantity in the quote.

How long is a quote valid for?

Quotes are given with a validity period. The reason is season, source availability and, for export, exchange-rate movement — the figure for the same product can shift over time. If the period has expired we reconfirm the figure; this doesn't always work against you.

Can I ask where the price in a quote comes from?

Go ahead. We can walk through which of the factors on this page carries how much weight — for example, which direction the figure would move if we switched packaging to bulk, or if you gave us flexibility on lead time. We treat price as a visible calculation of line items, not a sealed box.

What can I do to lower the price?

The three most effective levers: giving flexibility on lead time, choosing a calibre that's wide enough for your use rather than a narrow one, and setting up a recurring program instead of a one-off purchase. If your facility can unload bulk, simplifying packaging helps too. We review these together at the quote stage.
