FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
We've gathered the questions we get most often about ordering, payment, delivery and documents. If you can't find what you're looking for, just write to us.
Ordering & Quantity
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Domestic shipments are planned by the truckload; export shipments by the container (20ft or 40ft HQ). The exact quantity varies by product and delivery method; request a quote stating the product and your target quantity, and we'll settle the exact figure together.
How does the ordering process work?
We first discuss your need and the product; for serious-volume requests we consider a sample option together. Then price, payment method and delivery terms are settled; domestically we ship with a delivery note/invoice, and for export loading is done with a proforma invoice and the required documents.
Do you do regular/periodic supply agreements?
Yes. We set up planned, regularly spaced shipments for factories, power plants and wholesale buyers; just tell us the frequency and quantity you need.
Payment
Which payment methods do you work with?
Domestically with common methods such as bank transfer, and for export with T/T (wire transfer) and, on request, letter of credit (L/C). The exact terms are settled at the quote stage according to order size.
Do you work with letters of credit (L/C)?
Yes, an L/C can be requested on export orders; share your bank and terms and we'll assess suitability together.
What currency is payment made in?
Domestically in Turkish lira, and for export usually in foreign currency; the exact currency is agreed mutually at the quote stage.
Delivery
How is domestic delivery carried out?
We deliver directly to your factory or facility by truck across Türkiye. Lead time varies by product, quantity and distance; once you share your request we give you a clear timeline.
What does FOB delivery mean?
Under FOB (Free on Board), the product is loaded on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the port of departure in Türkiye, and responsibility passes to the buyer at that point; freight and insurance are organized by the buyer.
What does CIF delivery mean?
Under CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), freight and insurance are ours, and the product is carried to the agreed arrival port. We determine together which delivery term suits your request.
Samples & Quality
Do you provide samples before ordering?
For serious-volume purchase evaluations we consider your sample request; the terms of sending it (including cost/shipping) are settled to your request.
How do you ensure quality consistency?
We take care to keep calibre and quality consistent from batch to batch; if the buyer requests it, we arrange for a sample to be sent to an independent laboratory, and the calibre/composition result comes directly from the lab.
If a sample is approved, how long does shipment take?
It varies by product and your delivery address (domestic or overseas); once your request is evaluated, we share a clear timeline.
Documents
What documents do you provide?
Depending on the request, we coordinate a certificate of origin and the paperwork required for export/customs. Share the list of documents you need and we'll confirm suitability together.
Do you issue a Certificate of Origin?
Yes, on export orders we coordinate the issuing of a certificate of origin on request.
