Frequently asked questions

Do you sell domestically as well?

Yes. Across Türkiye we supply factories, energy plants and wholesale buyers regularly by truck. The domestic market is as much a priority for us as export.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Domestically we ship by the truckload and for export by the container; it varies by product and delivery. For a firm figure, request a quote stating the product and delivery point.

Do you provide samples before an order?

For serious, high-volume purchase evaluations we consider your sample request; shipping terms are set case by case.

What payment methods do you use?

Domestically we work with bank transfer/EFT, and for export with common methods such as bank transfer (T/T) or a letter of credit; terms are finalized in the quote according to order size.

Do you deliver FOB or CIF?

For export both are possible: departure-port terms (FOB) or through to the arrival port (CIF). Domestically we deliver to your address or site.

What documents do you provide?

We coordinate a certificate of origin and the export/customs documents requested. Share your list of requirements and we’ll confirm together what is feasible.
