Hazelnut shell charcoal briquette is made by carbonizing hazelnut shell and pressing it into briquettes. It stays in embers for a long time with little smoke and few sparks; it is preferred in professional kitchens, grill businesses and export markets.
Hazelnut shell charcoal briquette is a briquette-form grill charcoal obtained by carbonizing and pressing the shell released after hazelnut processing. The briquette form gives a more regular size and density than loose charcoal, which makes burning more predictable. We source from suppliers in the Black Sea region, and ship the batches we put through quality control to domestic restaurants, hotels and wholesalers, and by the container for export orders. Its long-lasting embers and low smoke/spark make it preferred in professional kitchens that cook intensively and continuously. It can be supplied both in small retail packaging and in wholesale batches.
Provides long-lasting, steady embers for grilling; reduces the need to add charcoal often during busy service.
With its low smoke, offers comfortable use in enclosed/semi-enclosed areas at buffet and event grills.
Supply of grill charcoal in consumer-facing carton-box and sack packaging.
Regular shipment by the container to distributors in overseas markets.
Also used as a solid fuel in ovens and small boilers.
Looks for a charcoal that stays in embers a long time with low smoke during busy service.
Wants a consumer-sellable, packaged product with regular size distribution and long shelf life.
Looks for regular container-based shipment, an analysis report and stable quality.
Looks for a portable, quick-lighting, low-spark, practical charcoal.
For restaurants/hotels with busy, continuous service we recommend a wholesale briquette batch, and for retail, carton-box packaging. For export orders, the right batch is sourced to suit the destination market’s packaging and briquette-size preference; for serious, high-volume requests, a technical data sheet is shared and regular shipment is planned.
Thanks to the dense structure of hazelnut shell, it stays in embers longer than wood charcoal; the exact time varies with the batch and use conditions.
It is known for low smoke and sparks; this is why it is preferred in enclosed kitchens and heavy use.
Yes; with carton-box and sack packaging we ship suited to both wholesale and retail channels.
The denser, harder structure of hazelnut shell means a longer ember time and fewer sparks than wood charcoal; the choice usually depends on how heavy the use is.
For serious, high-volume export orders, we offer a pre-order evaluation together with a sample and, on request, typical reference figures.
For domestic and export requests, the quantity is evaluated case by case; wholesale bulk and container-based batches take priority.
